Questions people ask before they buy
Who counts as an internal user versus a guest?
Internal users are your team, the people who upload, set permissions and manage the room. Guests are everyone you disclose to: bidders, investors, counsel, auditors. Guests are unlimited on every plan.
What happens after the three month minimum?
The room continues month to month. You can cancel any time. A cancelled room goes to a deleted list where you can restore it, and its audit log is kept.
Do all plans have the same features?
Yes. Locks, watermarking, View As, Q&A, activity log, search with OCR and electronic signature are on every plan. Plans differ only in storage and internal seats.
What does the free trial include?
14 days free with up to 3 data rooms and every feature, so you can invite real counterparties. No card needed. When you’re ready, it converts to a paid plan without setting anything up again.
Can I run more than one room?
Yes. Each room is billed on its own plan. For several concurrent rooms or a dedicated instance, contact us.
